Shipping.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders received by 5pm the following business day, for orders outside of Christchurch please allow 2-3 business days.

Freight

All New Zealand orders will be sent tracked via courier with a flat rate of $10.00 for urban deliveries and $15.00 rural.

For Australian urban orders $20.00, I'm still working on rural pricing.

Received a damaged or faulty item ?

Simply email us with photos of the packaging and product concerned along with a brief explanation of what went wrong and we'll work towards getting a replacement to you A.S.A.P.
